Product information
Fit
One size fits most. Our snapbacks are a structured crown with an adjustable snap closure, fitting roughly 22–24" head circumference (about 56–61 cm). Kids’ styles are sized for ages 3–10.
Materials
Cotton twill, cotton/poly blends, corduroy, and suede or denim brims depending on the style. Each product page lists the specifics.
Care
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don’t machine wash, don’t put it in the dryer. Reshape and air dry. Keep suede brims away from water.
Shipping
U.S. orders ship flat-rate $7.95, free over $70. UPS 2nd Day Air is available at checkout if you need it fast. Orders ship within 1–3 business days from Farmers Branch, TX.
Canada and international rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns (U.S.)
You’ve got 30 days from delivery. Hats need to be unworn, with tags, in the original packaging.
To start one: tap the account icon, log in with the email you ordered with, open the order, and hit “Request Return.” We’ll review it and email you a prepaid label and instructions. Returns sent without a request first can’t be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email support@classiccowboy.com with your order number and a photo and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked the return, refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping isn’t refunded.
Not returnable: sale items, gift cards, and anything worn or missing tags. International orders are final sale except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items with photo proof.
